Right-click on start menu doesn't work in Win XP

Problem: Right-click on start menu doesn't work in Win XP

Solution: Select "Enable Dragging & Dropping" in the "Advanced" tab of "Customize Start Menu". To get to "Customize Start Menu", right-click the "Start" button, click "Properties" and click "Customize" in the "Start Menu" tab.

It should hopefully work now.
